José Tomás has been a member of our firm since 2018, focusing his practice on arbitration, litigation and alternative dispute resolution means.

He has advised companies in various areas of arbitration and litigation proceedings, associated with mining, insurance, construction and energy conflicts, as well as civil and commercial conflicts. Furthermore, José Tomás also has experience providing legal counsel on complex labor disputes.

José Tomás serves as an arbitrator (AJ CAM) at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago).
