Nicolás has been a member of our firm since 2018, focusing his practice on dispute resolution, including arbitration and commercial mediation, civil litigation and Dispute Board experts.
In addition, Nicolás is a faculty member of procedural law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Director of the Procedural Law Department since 2021 and Deputy Director of Reforms to the Justice Program of said university since 2015. He is an active mediator for the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM Santiago). He has been recognized by Leaders League, as “Chile Best Mediators”, “highly recommended”, 2020.
Nicolás has experience in different consultancies in public policy matters associated with the justice sector, particularly in civil procedural matters and access to justice. He was executive secretary of the ministerial advisory commission for Civil Procedure Reform, between 2018-2019.
